Kytty and Jayda were both very nice! My septum piercing went smoothly and they made sure to accommodate my preferences. Easily some of the most funny people to be around, plus they made me feel comfortable immediately. Kytty gave me a run down on all the steps that were needed to make sure the piercing was done right. Overall a great experience and I was sad to leave behind the fun atmosphere.

I had an absolutely amazing experience! Kytty and jayjay were so kind and welcoming! They made me immediately feel like a friend upon arrival and so comfortable I got a tattoo and piercing today and am so pleased with both and how quick they were done but not only that how attentive she was! We chatted listened to music it was such a vibe if anyone asks me where to go too THIS, This is the place!! If you love vibing talking and not feeling like just another customer coming by;)

I reached out to kitty to get my daughter (7) ears pierced. I called her when I got off work. She was super friendly and nice she informed me it is walk in Wednesday so no appointment needed and that she closed at 6. I knew I would show up before close and she informed me that it was okay to just come no worries. True to her word it was no problem she welcomed us in and my daughter loved it. She talked to her made sure she was comfortable. Went over step by step what she was going to do before she did it. 10/10 will definitely be back. very affordable jewelry came with purchse. If you'll take your kid to a mall kiosk you should take them here. I promise this is way better. please go see her. She is the best.
